Sharpness
Each photo is shrunk to about 1,024 pixels and split into an 8 × 8 grid. The crispest parts decide, so a sharp face against a soft background still scores as sharp.

Shaky shots, missed focus, photos taken in a pocket. Drop a folder and every photo gets a sharpness score, worst first, so clearing out takes minutes rather than an evening.
Your photos never leave your device
Your browser can’t delete files, and this tool never changes one. It lists what it finds; you decide.
Everything happens inside this page. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is sent anywhere — once the page has loaded, it even works offline.
How it works
Each photo is shrunk to about 1,024 pixels and split into an 8 × 8 grid. The crispest parts decide, so a sharp face against a soft background still scores as sharp.
Every pixel’s brightness is counted: mostly near-black is too dark, a large share of pure white is overexposed.
Worst first, with filters and a strictness slider. Tick what should go and download the list — the browser can’t delete files, so nothing is ever removed.
Good to know
A soft photo can still be a keeper, and a snowy scene or a white page can land in Overexposed. Have a look before you delete anything.
JPEG, PNG, WebP, HEIC, AVIF and GIF are checked. RAW files and videos are skipped and counted.
Every photo is read and measured inside this page, one at a time. Close the tab and it’s all gone.
